Found this on Ebay and was wondering if they are worth the money or just a waste?

Depends on the reflectors, bulbs and ballasts and price. If they are decent, then it may be, although most items like this on Ebay, IMO, aren't worth it as you will have to replace the bulbs and the ballasts generally aren't great.

 

reef grow bulbs? never heard of that brand. maybe message the seller to find out what brand ballasts those are? the price is tempting but usally for a reason.

 

ehhh i would say no... its a good price for all your getting, but remember, you always get what you pay for. you will be much happier going with name brand stuff

 

I found this other ebay auction for a 400w with same brand bulbs.. its a catalina ballast.. so does anyone have experience with catalina's MH electronic ballast? thats the question.

no experience... but i have heard they are only slightly better than odyssea
