Being that its the store/food type, I would bet it would be either a Maine, Atlantic Rock, or Atlantic Slipper lobster.
Just guessing from natural enviroment, you would want the tank below 50 degrees. So, unless you keep your house that cold, your going to need a really big chiller. You would also need very thick acrylic for the tank so that it doesn't condense due to the cold water.

Atlantic lobster (usually what you find at the grocery store) live in the Atlantic ocean which is considered cold water. Without a chiller, your tank water would warm up to room temperature so unless you want to keep your house at a chilly 50-60-ish degrees, you will not be able to keep your water cold enough to support these animals.

I'm from NE. I have fished offshore & inshore for Maine Lobster. I have also, built & maintained holding tanks for them. First it MUST be COLD water, so yes you must have a chiller. Second, must have good water flow, Third, ever wonder why lobsters have bands on their claws? It so it won't kill everything in the tank. A lobster's favorite food is lobster & just like a blue crab it will kill everything in the tank.

Thats why you have two tanks, the sally is really quick so I doubt he will even get close to it. I have a large sally in my 265 and thats one of the few crusty's that I would have in there.
