Geisemann, UVL, Aqua Science and ATI are considered the best. You could go with a 4 bulb fixture and it will just as well and you might be able to get a 48" fixture to boot. I have a 4 bulb fixture on my 75 and keep it 28" above the sand to keep from bleaching my corals.

Reef Geeks, Aqua Cave and probably a few other places. ATI and UVL will be $20 to $22 each the other 2 will be in the range of $25 to $28 each.

Didnt i tell you to buy an LED fixture??? Trust me you will not regret it. I bought a T5 system and totally regret it, LED looks so much better, and much better growth. And you dont have to spend $100 on bulbs every year! Gah

I really like the aqua medic T-5's but I am only using the actinics, my coral really pop when they are the only ones on. I recently bought some true luman to replace the aqua medic as they are due to be replaced soon. I haven't tried them out yet.

Also, I have some friends that have had some good success with e-shine LED lights. Do a search on here for those, there are some good threads.

Hi hi!!! I wanted to put my two cents here. I've been looking around at different lighting options myself and I'm on a budget as well. What I've found to be a great option form my tank 75 gal reef, is the TekWave t-5 fixture by Sunlight Supply INC. This fixture is an amazing fixture. In my case I'm going to be getting the 4 lamp 95 watt, true 95 watt fixture not an overdriven fixture. This fixture is going to be close to an eight lamp fixture but at a reasonable cost and with the power to support lps and sps growth.

I'm crashing the t5 section, but check out my thread on the 212w taotronics fixture. Two will work great on your tank, and save you money on bulb changes and a little on the electric bill. Im glad I made the switch.
