Ok, so I have had these Zoa's for a long time (6mo or so) I have been keeping them in the overflow as the fish cant pick at it, they do just fine there. As soon as I move the Zoa's out to the DT they do fine, open and look healthy. The next day I go to work and come back to view and they are closed. They stay closed for a few more days. I have moved them back to the overflow, they haven't opened up yet but they will sooner or later.
Currently all my parameters are good if not perfect. I have never caught the lemon peel picking at the coral however I see him pick and nip at everything in the tank so I'm sure he would nip at the coral as well. I have caught him picking at other coral which is now dead that was some time ago.
So that's my situation and here is what I'm thinking.

    1) Is there something I can do so everything lives in harmony.
    2) Get rid of the problem fish. (do LFS buy the fish back?)

Most LFS will do you an exchange - offer you something else as a swap or part swap for your fish

IME a dwarf angel with a taste for coral, will always have a taste for coral

Most, if not all, LFS will "buy-back" or "trade-back" livestock. Only down side to that is some will only give you half the price you paid for. I had the same problem once with a Key Hole Angel which is why I dont buy anymore Angels anymore with a reef set up. Theres nothing "Angel" about them. Get rid of him for something more coral friendly.
