    Well, last night I ordered my skimmer and LR. I got premium fiji for the LR and a SeaClone protein skimmer. Once it's here I can begin!!! Oh I can't wait!!! Hmmm, what shall I do before everything gets here??

    also if you wanted to pass some time i know you probably don't know what the Lr you are going to get looks like but you could sketch out some different aquascapes

    I'm there, LOL. I've started mixing. PITA is that the tank is no where near a water source so it's super fun lugging water through the house!! :lol:


    Good idea for the aquascape sketching!! I didn't think of that!!

    Just DI water. I can't afford the whole RO/DI system yet. I wish....

    Maybe you guys can aswer this one too. One of my buddies got a Kordon master test kit for his tank on ebay.....
    Every reagent is out of date.... He asked ME, of all people ever in the world to ask, if he can still use them and if they would read accurately.... So here we go:
    Nitrite reagent: 09/08
    Nitrate Reagent: 02/08
    pH reagent: 12/07
    Ammonia reagent(salicylate): 11/06
    HALP? :-/


    My guess of course is no but I want to make sure.
