Let me begin by saying welcome to 3Reef you have a nice sized tank and everyone here will be very helpful. There are a few things that need to be attended to based on your pics.
First right away you need to get rid of the bare copper wires holding up your plumbing. Look to zip ties or some other non-metal fastener.
Second clean up the salt creep(excess salt buildup) in your sump area.
Third get your test kits and post your results on this thread.
Fourth contact John @reefcleaners.com for a custom CUC.
Fifth follow everyone's advice to resolve whatever comes up.
Sixth don't be shy, ask any questions that come to mind and research this site.;)

Thanks Trijamn, I have completed numbers 3 and 4 and am working on the rest. Did you see the results from the tests?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Hi,

The nitrate level is at 160 ? Wow that is high even for a tank newly cycled. Some decent sized water changes are in order until it comes down to at least 40 ppm, I like 20 but that is not going to happen quickly.

    Good luck

as Corailline said 160 for nitrates is too high. and your bulbs are power compact, and i don't think their life span is over a year. i know it is a stretch to keep t5s over a year and the life span for t5s is longer than your bulbs.
i have a question here, is it possible that Ph is 8.3 and nitrate 160. i thought high nitrates creates more acidic solution.
