Hydnophora a great coral but extremely aggressive.

Give it a wide berth, a foot down stream just to be safe. Best green comes out under intense lighting but it needs to be acclimated to that lighting.

A hardy coral over all. I have a plating and I have had branching as well.

As with all stony corals the big 3 parameters need to be in check.

You can target feed it small pieces of meaty sea foods like mysid or fine particle of fish, shrimp....

+1 to all with an emphasis on aggressiveness. I used frags to kill aiptasia, to give you an idea.

2in10 get's a lot of credit (shhh do not tell him). Even after my Hydnophora killed Montipora, Acropora and soft corals I could not believe the sweeper could go that far.

That image is from like 3 am in the morning. Hydnophora kills at night in my experiences.

I would give Alex this, my branching was not nearly as deadly as my plating.

Dang it I hate to give Alex credit for anything.
