well i suppose i should tell you its spelled ich, but then its not funny lol

i don't really think you should stop feeding the fish if your parameters are stable.
now do you have a reef tank or FO. also i suppose you should tell us your parameters

How many fish have ich on them? You are going to need to move your fish into a QT for treatment.

If all of your fish are infected it is going to be a lot harder to deal with. You can treat the entire tank with NO ICH or similar product but that is going to be very expensive.

dont stop feeding. mix food w garlic. and lower the salt content to around 1.016. ich cant survive in it. ive used kick ich (reef safe) and it did wonders for my sick tang, but some people are morally against meds...

I used kick ich as well. I take meds, my dogs and cats take meds, why not my fish?

Afterwards I just run carbon to remove the meds.

Because the meds fish take often contain stuff thats VERY VERY BAD for the rest of the tank. stuff such as copper. Carbon doesn't remove copper.

Please fill out the ASAP form with tank parameters so that we can find the problem that caused the Ich, and fix it as well. Garlic is always a good idea too. Please don't start recommending products or treatments for a tank when you don't know the parameters. And don't recommend Ich treatments (even those that are "all natural" because guess what... Copper is natural!

    And Copper kills inverts.

Lowering the SG to 1.016 will kill most inverts, won't it?- Paul

You might want to peruse the dozens upon dozens of threads that have already been started regarding ich in the disease forum:
