ive heard theres issues of a lot of sound when the koralias start and stop when using this wavemaker. Plus its lowest setting is 5 sec alterations. It seems like an inexpensive version of a wavemaker for those ona budget and i was thinkin bout getting it also.

I am considering one also. I have 2X425, 2X750 and 2X1050. The 2X750 are set on a wavemaker function on my controller. I am considering having them all on a short duration opposing set up to create a to and fro motion in the tank.

My tanks a 26g bow front and with this controller I was thinking of placing both 240s on the back wall. Coming on/off at the same time. Sort of like a wave action. Ya think?

I got it last week. The clicking noise is a little annoying but not terrible. The tank is in my TV room so when a show is on I barely hear it. I have it unhooked now(because of a cyano outbreak, long story) but have heard the clicking goes away after a week or two. I have my 2-1400 evo's on it. It works very well and my corals and fish seem to like it. Very inexpensive and until I uprgrade tanks in the future and get a computer, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Great to here! Aside from the noise issue that is. My tank sits 2 feet from my recliner which is in my living room :)

i dont have this controller yet, so everytime i need to feed the fish or anything like that, i have to unplug both of my powerheads, and i never hear this "clicking" that everyone talks about with the Koralias when i plug them back in. is that just an evo problem? i have the magnum verisons, maybe a bit better built? or maybe im deaf.
