Ah, that's too bad UJed. Sorry to hear. They even sent me a follow up mail sometime later to make sure my replacement had arrived and was working for me...

 

I this is an old post, but I had to call them today and your number I received a fax tone. After me looking up some old notes I had, the contact number I just used and got a live person was (916) 920-5222.

There are two primary causes of the reversal in the Koralia Evolution. *

The first possibility is that the front cover is damaged. *Make sure the black rubber bumper located on the inside of the front cover is undamaged and in place. *Also make sure that the plastic around the bumper is not cracked.



The second possibility is that the magnetic shaft is cracked or swollen. *A broken impeller magnet would also result in vibration and noise from the unit.



Let us know what parts you need based on the photos provided and we will send you replacement parts.
