Hydor Customer Service

Does anyone know the direct phone number for Hydor customer service. I have been having issues with my fairly new powerhead and this morning it was sending a nice electrical current through my body.. grrrrr

That would be the best route. I cant seem to per say find a number. But it is quite common for sites to have you contact them online before they call you. Probably to direct you to the right person.

 

yeah I already sent an email, just hoping I could directly call to speed up the process.

 

Sometimes Contacting the place you got it from they can give you the number. I had that with My light fixture issue a while back. Fosters and Smith gave me the number to call.

 

thanks i just contacted Big Al's and they are going to contact hydor. Any ideas on why the cord was disintegrating?

 

Good luck getting a response. I had a nano break when I was trying to put it together, and emailed them multiple times before giving up and making a make-shift fix.

I am hoping that Big Al's can handle it. They said they honor a one year warranty on anything electrical. I hope it works out, it wasnt the most expensive power head but still.

 

I sent them 2 emails and never got a response. Won't replace another power head with theirs, I'll be using someone else.
