    well im having difficulties tracking down a suitable tank for a sump at a reasonable price.im concidering building a sump from acylic.how tick do i need to make it. im thinking 48lx24wx18h....no center brace persay but i will have baffles but the center will be open.

    I would do 1/4" minimum depending on how much flow your are trying to put through.
