    So ok than 5 gal a week which means in 2 months time I would of changed 100% of the water. Is that still enough? To much? I don't use any kind of high end filter system. Just a protien skimmer, Live rock in the sump and Poly-bio pads. and I have a little bit of Phoslock in the sump also.

    I was doing 50% change for the first 3 times which was 15 gallons a shot. Then I went to 10 gallons did that 3 times. Now I will do 5 gallons everyweek and see what happens.

    Remember i was told to do 50% and than 10 gallons but I don't know for sure.. so tell me what;s best. remember it's a 50/50 tank
