    Macro is great for Nitrate removal and some PO4, however, I have a modestly stocked tank which requires a decent amount of feeding. In return a lot of pooping (More PO4) so running GFO gives me piece of mind that its gonna be zero, and stay zero, without ever having a noticeable spike.
