I got my mated pair of clownfish for only $30.00 which is a great deal also you asked wayback if he needed an anemone not really they just need it for protection aslong as you don't have anything that would eat him he should be fine. Also clownfish will also take up residense in corals mistaking them for anemones my pair of clowns took up residence in a large xenia polyp thinking it was an anemone I really enjoy them being in it. good luck with your clowns;D;D;D
