So, I got a few frags today and I got all of them off their plug with a scalpal blade. When I was popping the gum drop chalice off, it split in half, it is still intact but cracked... I put it in anyway and it release some gel like stuff into the tank.
Is it going to die or will it mend its wounds? ...frustrating

Keep them in very low flow if they were fragged recently so they can heal, newly fragged chalice has loose skin around the edge and can be susceptible to receding edges from the flow.
