    well as with any animal its bound to happen still SUCKS at fat one but if you gave them a good life I think its all worth it.

    I love him!! :love: He isn't going anywhere. Lol. He is very nice to the current residents, just does not take well to new friends.

    I'll just have a slimmed down tank for awhile! Maybe I'll get a clown goby or something - I doubt he would bother one of those.

    Sorry for the loss.

    It's probably just some bad luck. You would know if it was some overt illness, so I think this will pass.

    Clowns and some others can live into their 20's so you have that.

    Just lost one of mine of 3 years so I know the sadness.

    I don't think anthias are particularly long living, so that could explain Spike's death. I could be wrong about that though.

    I actually went to a store in cumberlin islad GA and they had a maroon clown that was 25 years old and was in a huge annomne and mean!!!!! but I think thats a fluke but
    I did have a gold fish that live to be about 5 years old
