Okay, so I have flatworms. I'm not sure what type, or what they do. but they're all over my glass, and they have the two distinct tail-looking things.
I haven't added anything to my tank in months, since the LEAR swap. They weren't there last night, and they're here now.

    How do I remove them?

    What do I do?

I have no idea what that is or what that means, would you care to be a bit more descriptive?

So are all flatworms bad? These are all tiny. I thought they were pods, which are usually abundant.

Not all are bad. I had a huge outbreak of red planaria flatworms, I just got a Halichoeres wrasse to eat them all.

I had an outbreak and let them be (didn't want to add Flatworm Exit). They disappeared all on their own.

From that picture, I wonder how one tells the difference between flatworms and pods - I guess on closer inspection there's a clear visual difference?

Up close there's a huge difference. These look like the clear ones on Lionfish Lair's site. So Im hoping they aren't bad.
