If you get a small tang, you should be fine, but I would only have 1 in that size tank, and it will outgrow the tank at some point. Besides that, a great list. How about a sixline?

Make sure your tank has matured for a long while before you add the mandarin. They eat copepods constantly and will eat them all quickly. Add some live rock to the sump so they have a safe place to reproduce. They will take a ride up the return tube and hopefully replenish your tank

I have 3 tangs in my 72 gallon and have no issues. Maybe in years they will outgrow the tank and then need to be mioved but i am betting that i have a good long time. so in answer to you question yes that is a good fish list.

From reading the rest of your fish list you may be ok at this moment, but you haven't left any room for growth. With the CB and tangs I think you won't have as long as you may think.

An anemone is one of those sea creatures that needs very good water quality, a lot of light and stability, so an established tank is a must. I would wait at least 6 months after the cycle before starting to think about getting one.

cleaner shrimp, love them. I also have a burrowing conch to eat detritus, algae and to stir the sand bed. What about a refugium?
