    1 rock with like 3 mushrooms on it and a torch coral frag (i think it is thats what my lfs told me)

    those dont really need to be. But if you want good coral food that all corals love invest in some coral frenzy, does wonders

    For those corals I honestly wouldn't feed anything, it's just adding nutrients to the tank unnecessarily IMO. There's a good chance that the coral will eat very little of it and it will just decay in the system or get skimmed out.

    okay ty very much. im getting another piece tmrow a gardners pot or something like that, do i need to feed that, also what about GSP?

    No idea what a "gardners pot or something like that" is to give advise dude... coral isn't one size fits all sort of thing... you're going to have to be specific if you want answers...

    well i don't know what your LFS carries... call them or make a trip and find out.

    that's going to be true for anything I can think of... different LFS carry different things...
