    i have a dottyback that I have just popped in with 2 clownfish, they have been in there about 2 weeks, the dottyback appears to be agressive ?

    Any ideas ?

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    That would be because Dottybacks are one of the most aggressive fish you can put in a tank.

    Nature of the beast unfortunately and it will only get worse as it matures. It you want a peaceful tank I would rethink the Dottyback.

    Oh ok.

    Yeah humor and net= Confusion.

    I think they are one of the most beautiful marine fish there is, but everyone one I have ever attempted to keep ended up in a nice nano all by it's self.

    i have a 90 gallon nano ! LoL i am going to give him a couple of days and then try and move him out (if i can catch the little bugger)

    I love dottybacks. Being the LSU fan that I am I love the purple and yellow! I love damsels as well. Why is it that some of the coolest looking fish are the meanest little s.o.b.'s in the ocean?!?
