    i love crabs think they are the koolest think besides shrimp. i have a reef tank going and ws wondering what kind of crabs i could put in there. i already have hermits but looking for more exoctic crabs. i do have a LTA and ive seen a crab for aneames dont know if it will host it or . little info would b nice ty.

    red and green emeralds crabs, arrow crabs are a few reef safe.

    forgot to mention i do have a longnose hawk fish but i feed him very well

    Hawks and crabs arent known to get along well. Also I know one poster mentioned an arrow crab. They are notorious for suddenly turning non reef safe and demolishing corals and livestock alike. Run a search for them on here and you be the judge.

    My hawk was killed every shrimp or crab to I have added with the exception of my snapping shrimp and one emerald crab. It does seem to let hermits go for some reason, but emeralds & porceleins have fell prey. He was one of my first livestock purchases, and had it not been for my little bit of loyalty once purchased (it wasnt his fault right?) he wouldve been gone long ago.
