I have a couple algae question, I am posting 2 pics of algae. I know one of the algae is fine and even help with getting rid of nitrate in my tank. the other however I do not know what it is. should either of them be removed or not, they do take up a lot of space.

second question is I noticed an orange worm or somthing on th glass. it is to small to take a pic of though. but it is orange and has what look like tentacles coming off of it. there is at least 4 of them. again not sure what to make of it.

the tank has been running for a long time, however my sump pump died so I am trying to get a new one.

keep the money plant, get rid of the second one though. it grows way to fast and will kill any it smothers. the halmedia is earier to control and looks nice too. the worm is most likely a bristle worm and it will be fine to leave in.

I don't think it is a brissle worm. I looked them up and doesnt look even close, and they are usually in the sand, but this is on the glass. is there a website or a post here I might be able to look at pictures to identify it better?

Looks like you got some nitrate/phosphate issues in your tank, you have a bunch of hair algae too. Do you know what those levels are?

my nitrate levels have always been high, and that is with me running a 20gallon sump/fuge. so I know have to be doing something wrong. but havent figured it out yet.
