Bubble algae. Filled with spores. When broken open spores spread. Can/will become a nusence.

i might be wrong but, this just doesn't appear to be bubble algae to me, it's not speres and the inside has no clear liquid with black spores it appears stemish in form and may be branching, you should be able to see through the speres of bubble algae this algae seems to be solid.

As far as I can tell none of them have burst open or anything. I'll keep an eye on them. Should I remove them if they start to?

if in doubt remove them, there not worth worry, i have alot of different algae growing on my rock, it is true that bubble algae will sporulate and cover area quickly, coral and fish are the most important animals so, if in doubt pull it out.

I agree with the red bubble algae ID as well. I have some in my tank as well.
