do the marks on his sides and fins look like wounds from fighting or is it something i should be worried about like a infection or something...

probabyl the hippo picking on him. My hippo and yellow tangs get along until the hippo get's hungry...then he's out for "yellow fins", I have to feed then multiple times per day or he gets angry...the other day he chased one of my clowns that darted into my anemone, when the anemone stung the hippo it was like watching someone get punched in the face....he was swimming around dissy for like an hr, not the first time, you would think he would remember what happened last time.

How big is your tank? How long have these two fish been together? Which fish was there for first. Sounds like a territory struggle to me.

Consider re-arranging the like rock the live rock, allowing for plenty of hiding spots if the problem continues.
