    ya i understand that.
    i think as long as the manager doesnt lie about it i should be in the clear. but lets be honest if this will cost her her job, she might.
    she told me full reinbursment. although the "written agreement' doesnt specify a price. i even asked " your not only going to give me say 500 dollars towards it right?" her reply "we didnt seal the paint can and it ruined your mattress, we are going to buy the new mattress"
