Just ordered a refractometer and some kalk from brs. Gonna see if start dripping some kalk in my tank, and hopefully getting my salinity exactly at 1.026 with the refractometer. Im excited because i know the implications of stable salinity, as well as the right salinity. and im optimistic about seeing my calcium levels go up with the kalk.

Also i ordered another Quick Crew from RC. almost all my other snails have died since my last purchase so hopefully this will be my last time. I just realized how low my cuc population was getting...

cant wait for the next coming week ;D

I like to see excited aquarist.

Reefcleaners are the best. I use them for cuc and rocks. If you have a refugium they are a good source for macro algae too.

Good luck with you purchases and salinity

Can't go wrong with John Maloney. :)

If you like the Kalk and continue using it you can save yourself some money by going to the supermarket and buying Ms. Wages Pickling Lime. ;)
