    the tank has been running for a little over a month. actually i think there is another problem...the live rock looks..like im screwed.

    120 gallon tank with 30 gallon sump
    100 pounds of live rock.
    50 pounds of coral reef base rock
    cycled for 1 month
    2 clownfish, 1 lawnmover blenny, 2 damsels, 15 snails, 5 hermit crabs.

    wow that's 100 pounds of live rock? you are picking very heavy weighted rocks then :p
    i have probably almost twice as amount of that rock and i only have 60 pounds for my 40G :p

    Looks like you have a lot of macroalgae growing. What I would do is make sure your parameters are perfect before adding anything else. Then you may want to cut back on your lighting until you add coral. In about a month or two I would get a zebrasoma tang of some sort and a dwarf angel. My yellow tang and coral beauty love to eat all sorts of algae. Your lawnmower will probably eat hair algae. My emerald crabs love all sorts of algae too. Good luck, and I wouldn't quite say your screwed. There's a lot to be done before you come to that.
