    I am looking to switch over to sump and saw this Aqueon Proflex.... LINK

    Anyone have any experience with these? Thanks

    i honestly don't have any experience with this product but i feel compelled to suggest a DIY sump. its going to cost WAY less (like 30$ even less if u already have an extra aquarium layin around) and you can make the compartments exactly to the specs of your skimmer, heater, return pump. you can even chose to add a nice refugium as well.

    I was expecting someone to tell me that. Is there a thread that will show me how to make one that will be the right size for my tank?

    And its a 55 gallon tank and I want to put it in the stand I am going to build so there won't be much room and the Aqueon one is less than 10" wide so thought that may fit the best
