    i have a 30 inch hood that houses a 50/50 fluorescent light now i found these lights below would they fit what i have now?

    whats the difference between t5 t8 t12 and what kind is my 50/50 blub

    UVL VHO Actinic White Bulb

    t5 are 5/8" in dia, t8 are 8/8" (1") in dia, t12 are 12/8" (1.5") in dia. Measure your bulb and that will let you know what size you have. T5HO are much better then T8 and T12 VHO bulbs. Power compact bulbs have 2 bulbs connected together.
