    Thanks a lot guys. I think I may purchase this and just expect to buy new bulbs as well. As far as a fan do u guys know where or how i can put a fan on the tank that will work efficiently

    i would wait a second because they sell a couple of different brands or types of fixtures.
    do you think you can pick out your fixture from the website civsi? Catalina Aquarium Lighting

    i have the 8 54 watt setup from buildyouraquarium.com i have no complaints and would recommend them, just plan on changing the stock bulbs.

    Do you use a splash guard for yours? They dont sell them and I was wondering where I could get one
