    Hey guys,

Well it's that time of year again, allergy season. And I am in hell...my nose hates my face.Just wondering if people get bad allergies like I do, and what do you do for them? OTC meds? Some ancient remedy that cures all?

Ever just try a saline solution? Not some OTC one, just water and sea salt.... That always cures my nose, but I tend to get sinus infections...

Brother, I have allergies that are horrible. I feel your pain.

I take a combination of Zyrtec and Claritin D. Both are 24 hour meds but I need both at the same time.

I also use a Neti Pot. You have a small teapot looking thing that you use to pour water through your nose, which passes a mild saline solution through your nasal passage - i.e., you pour water in one nostril tilting your head sideways, and it comes out the other. Then you reverse. It sounds horrible, and feels weird, but it does help very much. Look it up on the 'net and you can find them at some stores.

My eyes itch, I can't breathe properly for 3-4 months of the year, and it sucks b*lls.
