    Just a positive shout out for this vendor.

    In January of '08 I purchased a Typhoon 5 Stage RO/DI from Don and his company. Since then I've had a couple of questions; and he's responded directly to my emails. Nice work!!

    I never thought much of it, but my ASOV made a groaning sound followed by a chatter ever time it began to dispense. I shot Don an email to ask if I should just buy another, or are they all noisy. He gave me a few suggestions which I tried. None worked. I told him I'd have to get another, and asked how to proceed (ebay or his site, etc.).

    I received an invoice noting "PAID," and today I have the new valve in hand. I'm about to install it. :)

    It's nice to encounter a vendor who's still around, and remains available.

    I have nothing but good things to say about them too. That's where I got my RO/DI from and they were very helpful. Great company.

    I finally keep this thing on 24/7.

    What a pain in the butt it used to be. The unit is in my laundry room, about 15 feet from my chair in the computer room. It made this 15 second groan followed by a chatter every time it went on. I thought it was something on my end.

    Lo and behold it's resolved.

    I have had nothing but great experience with them also. That is where I purchased my RO/DI filter and have had to ask them a question and they responded quickly
