    You could add something like an snowflake eel or a hawkfish, both only eat small shrimp and very interesting to watch.

    Too many Fish for my 20 G?

    They'll do fine, not sure why you would add a gourami or angelfish by themselves. Personally, I prefer neon gouramis with the neon tetras.
