I bought four new zoo's Monday to go with my other 8-10. Three opened up within a couple hours and are doing fine. About half of the fourth, opened up in about 5 hours. The next day, yesterday, only about 4 of the polpy's opened. Today a couple have opened. Is this zoo dying or what can I do to save or help it? Thanks.

Assuming that your water is ok, that nothing in your tank is picking on them and that they aren't covered in fungus or algae, the zoos should all open in a few days. It can take a bit of time for them to adjust to their new environment.
