How common and can you cure or should I get it out now before it get on everything else?

I have had my Zoas for 4 days and now I think they are infected with Zoa Pox. Can you treat this? or should I just get rid of the colony before it hurts my Xenia.

some of my zoa's had zoa pox, it was only one certain morph. There was 2 small colonies on opposite sides of my tank and it wiped out both, it didn't bother any other color morph. It was really weird to me that they only infected one morph. I wouldn't worry about it hurting your xenia.
