Zoa head has white spots

    one of my green zoa heads has a few white spots, they don't move at all and are always in the same spot. The only reason why im conserned is because this is the only head out of all my other zoas that has this. Doesnt seem to affect the coral, its always open, moves its body around in the flow.

    I was able to get one decent pic, it was hard to keep still :) so i hope you can make out what im saying

    its the white things near the middle

    im pretty sure its a good sign. kinda like coral-morph. the coral is happy

    ok yea it acts happy, it was moving around when i was taking the picture so i think thats why it was also hard to get a clear picture. I thought zoas didnt like high flow but mine love it :D

    do you see how the orange zoas in the back have a nice full orange centre. i believe that is what is about to happen to the green ones. they should get more green. actinic light will help this continue

    Hey do you know how big your zoas are?
    The reason why I ask is because my LFS got some zoas but they are tiny... Super tiny.
    Smaller than a penny. Is that the size of yours?
    Can u tell me the size in terms of coins it's kinda hard for me to picture in inches or cm lol... Sorry for hitchjacking your thread...

    i say most of y zoas are about the size of a penny or slightly smaller, where some are extremly small, like just sprouted up small

    Wow they aré small.... Pictures do throw off the size of this things. I was hoping them to be like a quarter in size... Lol
