I have PC's on my 36 bf and have great zoa growth. My two newest frags have already completely covered the plugs.

Growth depends on the variation and nutrients available as well. I have some zoas that grow so quickly I find myself cutting the off and other 2 inches away that only have a new head pop up every week or so. Under PCs, expect a good growth rate for most because they are really like weeds.

Ok well i have eagle eyes, and a green bay packer, and would you say feeding the tank more and turning off my skimmer will help?

Don't turn your skimmer off and don't feed more. They get almost all if not all nutrients from light. I would just leave them alone and let them settle in. They will start growing like crazy eventually.
