    blackraven1425 should beat me to this but just in case

    John - when plants are under light they take in C02 and release oxygen
    in the dark the process is reversed

    CO2 can drive down the PH
    so by running lights on the fuge, where the plants are, they produce oxygen at night while the main tank is dark and that helps to keep PH stable

    and 4 x T5 14k 10 hours - with 2 x 22k 12 hours

    sump/fuge runs opposite the DT via a set of switched outlets

    id say if all your corals are fully opened and showing good growth i wouldnt change anything as long as theres been no algae growth that you cant control. and also make sure that your fish arent behaving oddly and if not id keep your light sequence just the way they are
