Yellow watchman keeps jumping into overflow

    I just moved my yellow watchman goby from my qt into my DT yesterday and he keeps jumping into the overflow. Any ideas how to keep him in the tank?

    Yeh those guys are notorious jumpers, maybe u can use some1/4 inch mesh or some eggcrate and incorporate it into the overflow so he wont get in there. Thats what i did to mine.

    they can and will sliver through eggcrate but mesh will work;D

    You could use a piece of acrylic to cover the overflow top.

    Mine did exactly the same thing. After about the 6th time of finding him in the sock I took him back to the lfs.

    CPR also sells a black non corrosive screen that will fit on top of an overflow box
