    it doesn't really mean anything... below the text entry box and "trackback" tagging entry on "new thread" windows or "advanced mode" on reply you can select a "post icon"

    By convention it's probably meant to signify an urgent or otherwise attention needing post... on other forums it might be a sign that there is NSFW (not safe for work) content in a thread... for this post i am choosing the green ball with a right pointing arrow....
