I have seen a few in operation in the aquarium market I visit

they seem well made to me although IMHO the flow area is more confined than the Korallia clones I have been using, but this is compensated for by the fact they can rotate thus ensuring you dont have constant flow in 1 direction

Well I found one locally going for $150 with controller, 6800 pump, and rotary device. My question is I guess, would this replace 3 Koralias (2 750s and a Nano 240)?

well the 6800 pump does up to 14,000 lph or 3500 gallons per hour

Im not sure but I think you have a potential total of 1740 gph now ( if the numbers you qouted are the GPH of the Korallias you have

if so then its certainly an upgrade in terms of amount of flow
it really depends on the size of your tank?

Its for a 30 gal, but it is controllable, and the flow I have right now is in all directions for a random. I have right at 2000/h with my filter as well, alternating.

Your right, I saw the 5 stages and the lowest setting is 3000 LPH which is 750 gallons per hour so this does mean you can match your existing flow if you wanted or increase it if you wanted

with a 30 gallon tank, I think it will be great as with the rotation you should not have any calm areas ( which you may have got with a very long tank and this device on one end only)
