    Some type of fairy wrasse. Almost looks like an Hawaiian flame wrasse.

    Definitely a Cirrhilabrus (fairy) wrasse.

    Not a flame however.

    As good as I can('t) see, it's a Cirrhilabrus rubripinnis.

    I recently had a Pink Margin Wrasse similar to that although yours looks to be slightly darker in color.
