Would you trust an ad like that?

 

I don't see why not. Obviously they are either moving or low on money and need to sell. I would go and look before making an offer.

 

I wouldn't. That sounds weird. Why would they be giving away everything and not trying to sell? I dunno - I wouldn't trust it. But that's my opinion. I also think it's suspicious it says "no emails."

 

Oh I see now it says they are moving out of country. I would stil go and check it out. Might be worth it.

 

Sounds like an EX trying to get revenge? Imagine the look on their face when
they return to their empty house/apt.
