would this light work for my reef tank?

    I wouldn't touch Odyssea (MH, T5 or PC) with a 10 foot pole. Some of the worst workmanship around.

    Oh yeah, I have a 48" my the same company and i love it! I have an established reef tank. That is a good price too, since it comes with extra bulbs! Let me know what you think when you get it, also post pictures.

    Get a pendant from SLS and a decent ballast and call it a day. There has been thousands of bad Odysea fixtures and complaints from shorts to fires, beacuse some have had success isn't reassuring to me....

    I would buy Chinese (assumption) made product, because I can take it back easily if I have problems

    if you have it shipped across the globe and have issues ?

    Id buy local if I was you and buy from somewhere that has a returns policy or money back / exchange policy
