    Just got two pieces of Jakarta live rock and this little guy was in the bag after pulling the rock out. Would he be reef safe? If anyone know a name for him as well that would be Great thank you!

    it just looks like an emerald crab and yes they are reef safe.

    Looks like an emerald to me. does it have the red in its claw joints (elbows). will help determine if it is a true emerald. (reef safe)

    i dont think thats an emerald. first off what color is it? emerald crabs have big pinchers that are out in front of it.
