I was looking at my tank this morning and I noticed a few tiny worms under my Monti Cap. They are no more than an inch long and the thickness of a piece of hair. They look like they have stripes or dots along their body. It doesn't appear that they are doing any harm but would like to know if they are bad. I look up monti eating nudis and it doesn't look like them so any info would be great. Thanks Rob (I tried to get a pic but they weren’t visible.)

What about micro brittlestars. They are small, their arms definately look like striped worms. (unfortunately, you cannot really see the stripes in this picture)

If that is them, they are completely harmless. In fact people purposely buy them for clean up crews.

I did see one of these about a week ago when I unturned a rock. The "worms" do look nearly identical to the arms of these stars, so you may be right. I'll keep an eye one it thanks Rob.

Well the worms came out again and they were extended much farther today than they have in the past. I don't think they are the brittle stars. It looks as if they are holding on to the rock and reaching for food in the water. So I don't think they are doing any harm to anything. Thanks Rob
