worm?

    cool will it completely leave its tube eventually or is it always in there

    It should stay in it's tube and not bother anything. They will grab food from the water column. You may see them use the two tentacles to remove waste from their tubes. I have one in the middle of a Zoa colony and they seem completely unaffected.

    +1 on spinoid worm. We have one that lives in the rear-end of the shell of one of our hermits LOL.

    awesome at first i thought it was not good and now i seem happy that its there. it is cool to watch it come out its tube n wiggle around lol.

    im going to have to say Peanut worm!! check it out! Melev's Reef: Peanut Worm pictures | Reef Log ive had several in my tank, and they burrow in the sand at night, and eat all sorts of stuff, there actually really beneficial

    without a better picture it could any of many worms...could also be a spaghetti worm, or a medusa worm, is there a tube? i cant tell from the pics...?

    there is a tube and it does look like the spinoid worm so i think its that one but ill try to take another pic when it comes out and i see it.
