Worm Red Good Bad, help ID this Please!

    Please help ID this worm, red, Need to know if it is a good thing or a bad thing. Im about to upgrade to my 90 gallon tank this next weekend and move overthing over to it. Need to know if this is a bad thing or a good thing. If it's bad I can take them out during the move.

    Looks like a big old spaghetti worm to me, harmless

    Thanks again for your help. I have several in the tank in the sand bed. but not to menny. Im upgrading to a real 90gal reef tank this next weekend. Just wanted to know if I should take them out or leave them in.

    +1 on the spaghetti, i use to enjoy watch them catch uneaten food on my sand bed, good critter
