Hey, so i put my lights on yesterday on my two week cycling tank, and this morning i saw this thing coming out of the rock. I am not sure if its a plant or a worm of some sort. I would touch it and it would move around. It seems to stretch and move around alot as well.
What is it? is it good or bad? do i remove it?

Normally peanut worm retract back into itself when the lights are on and you wont see it until night time. At least from my experience. Looks like a peanut and not a plant.
